My Mission: To integrate the transformational properties of hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro- Linguistic Programming) with the
universal law of attraction, which is what we give the most and strongest attention to manifests into our experiences
of life, what we think (believe) becomes our reality. Hypnosis gives us direct access to the subconscious mind which
is more receptive to suggestions than the critical and judgmental conscious mind; this helps us in changing our inner
beliefs, thoughts, and habits empowering us to achieve our positive desired outcomes.
What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation and single-pointed concentration.
All hypnosis is self-hypnosis and no one can be induced into a hypnotic
state against their will. You allow yourself to be guided into hypnosis and
you remain in control at all times. You always know what is happening
and you can come out at any time by opening your eyes.
Why Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a very powerful and beneficial therapeutic tool. It is an
altered state of consciousness like meditation or yoga, but the difference
is that in a hypnotic state you take an active and positive role in making a
change in the beliefs buried deep in your unconscious mind.
Hypnosis can dramatically help with improving performance, health,
confidence, relationships, sports activities, concentration, mental recall,
creativity, chronic or acute pain control, overcoming habits, addictions, fears and
phobias, self-discovery, stress reduction, healthier self-expression, and
therapy for past traumas. Compared with traditional therapeutic
modalities, the results of a relatively brief series of hypnotherapy
sessions are often faster, more effective, and longer lasting. No wonder so
many professionals already in the healing arts are implementing hypnosis
within their practices.

Hi Scott!
I owe you a huge
debt of gratitude... I
am just so happy!
And thankful!
You have such a
natural ability;
everything was
handled in just the
right way and with
a caring attitude. I
appreciated your
careful choice of
words when
explaining the
practice, and
during the session
[very skillful]; and I
felt the
environment was
very conducive...
Artfully creative,
but also very safe.
Being hypnotized
was a wonderful,
relaxing peaceful
experience. For
me, it was a
reminder of some
deep meditation
states, and with
the tape [I love it!] I
can go there every
day.
[Thank you Scott,
for that; I had
forgotten.]
I will let as many
people as possible
know about you.
Respectfully, J
