Quit Smoking Session

This is simply the best session I know of yet. The success
rate is far higher than you might imagine, in fact, some
surveys have shown it to be
definitely one of the most
effective methods of quitting
. No drugs are used and
there are no unpleasant side effects, many people
experience no withdrawal symptoms and little or no
craving, so if you're determined to kick the habit,
I CAN
HELP.

For most people a planning consultation and a single 120
minute session is all that is necessary, however each
person is assessed individually.

My sessions comes with a 'guarantee' that you can come
back to me for one year, free of charge, if you go back on
the habit. Fee is $300.00

"Did you know that if you smoke a pack a day I can save
you about $2,000.00 a years just by becoming a none
smoker now."

Hi Scott!
The non-smoking is going fabulously.  I
haven’t
had/wanted/craved/needed/thought
about smoking since seeing you a couple
weeks ago.  I went to the bar last weekend
with a couple of friends, and as they were
smoking they kept asking me, “Are you
sure this doesn't bother you?”  It was as if I’
d never smoked before.  It wasn't’t
tempting at all.   I’m also losing weight
fairly quickly.  I feel great, I can breathe
and smell and taste things again.  It’s
wonderful!  Thank you so much for all of
your help.  I can’t tell you how happy I
am.

Thank you again Scott!

Scott,

I just returned from my six week stay in
Ireland. It was incredible! I had the best
time and learned so much about myself,
including what I'm capable of...I haven't
smoked since before I saw you!Camp an a
smoker. I knew if I could survive Europe
without a cigarette then I'm not a smoker.
Thanks to you I can say that. You really
helped me. I really appreciate what you
did. Thank you.

I've decided to go further with my health,
so I've enrolled in 'Boot Camp an exercise
program with a personal trainer that's
going to kick my ass (hopefully)! And I'm
also starting mixed martial arts training.
Once I proved to myself I could quit
smoking, I decided to challenge myself
more and see how far I can go. Wish me
luck!

I'd like to stay in touch with you and
possibly come for another session at some
point for relaxation/anti-anxiety. I'll keep
you updated on stuff. Hope all is well.

Thanks again, Carrol

Scott,
I am truly amazed that I have hardly
thought about smoking at all and when I do
it lasts for a few seconds and then
dissipates.  I remember you suggesting to
me during our session that it was going to
feel like I've never smoked at all and that's
almost what it's been like.  I know that
hypnosis doesn't work for everyone, but I
certainly feel it has worked for me.  I've
lost count of the number of times I've tried
to quit in the past and I have always felt
like a caged animal, especially for the first
3 days and this time I've felt very little
anxiety.  I keep reminding myself that I
am a non smoker  now and listening to
your CD everyday helps to reinforce
everything.  I'll keep you posted on my
continued success.
