This is simply the best session I know of
yet. The success rate is far higher than you might
imagine, in fact, some surveys have shown it to be
definitely one of the most effective methods
of quitting
. No drugs are used and there are no
unpleasant side effects, many people experience
no withdrawal symptoms and little or no craving,
so if you're determined to kick the smoking or
chewing habit, I can help!
Testimonials

Scott, I'd really like to thank you for
how much you have helped myself
and 2 of my family members. I
visited you 8 months ago &
have remained nicotine free since. My
cousin's celebrate 1 year, and
another for 15 months.

My journey was relatively trouble
free after visiting you. I had smoked
for 34 years, since my early 'teens. I
could not have made it without you.

Thank you again, for giving me a life
free from smoking.

AJ

Hello again Scott,

Well today is my one year anniversary of
being a natural non-smoker. (I see I am
first on your list of testimonials! How cool!)
So I have officially made it through all my
triggers to smoke for the year. While I
haven't listened to my CD's since the first
month, the information is always there in
my head and heart, and I'm sure I'll carry
it with me for my lifetime. My life has
changed forever and I wanted you to know
I truly thank you for that, because having
tried to quit at least 20 times before
meeting you were obviously unsuccessful.
Another huge concern of mine was weight
gain, as I'm sure it is with everyone who
considers quitting smoking. I gained a
whopping 5 pounds in the first 2 or so
months and have maintained ever since.
So I believe weight gain does not have to
be an issue when quitting smoking.
Last but not least, my cousin who referred
me to you now has 1 year and almost 4
months,  and I referred my cousin who
now has 9 months!
So what a blessing you have been to the
three of us!
I will definitely continue to refer people to
you because I know how you make people
successful.

All the best to you Scott and Thanks a
million times over...

Kim

Hi Scott!
The non-smoking is going fabulously.  I
haven’t
had/wanted/craved/needed/thought
about smoking since seeing you a couple
weeks ago.  I went to the bar last weekend
with a couple of friends, and as they were
smoking they kept asking me, “Are you
sure this doesn't bother you?”  It was as if I’
d never smoked before.  It wasn't’t
tempting at all.   I’m also losing weight
fairly quickly.  I feel great, I can breathe
and smell and taste things again.  It’s
wonderful!  Thank you so much for all of
your help.  I can’t tell you how happy I
am.

Thank you again Scott!
Kat

Scott,

I just returned from my six week stay in
Ireland. It was incredible! I had the best
time and learned so much about myself,
including what I'm capable of...I haven't
smoked since before I saw you!Camp an a
smoker. I knew if I could survive Europe
without a cigarette then I'm not a smoker.
Thanks to you I can say that. You really
helped me. I really appreciate what you
did. Thank you.

I've decided to go further with my health,
so I've enrolled in 'Boot Camp an exercise
program with a personal trainer that's
going to kick my ass (hopefully)! And I'm
also starting mixed martial arts training.
Once I proved to myself I could quit
smoking, I decided to challenge myself
more and see how far I can go. Wish me
luck!

I'd like to stay in touch with you and
possibly come for another session at some
point for relaxation/anti-anxiety. I'll keep
you updated on stuff. Hope all is well.

Thanks again, Carrol

Scott,
I am truly amazed that I have hardly
thought about smoking at all and when I do
it lasts for a few seconds and then
dissipates.  I remember you suggesting to
me during our session that it was going to
feel like I've never smoked at all and that's
almost what it's been like.  I know that
hypnosis doesn't work for everyone, but I
certainly feel it has worked for me.  I've
lost count of the number of times I've tried
to quit in the past and I have always felt
like a caged animal, especially for the first
3 days and this time I've felt very little
anxiety.  I keep reminding myself that I
am a non smoker  now and listening to
your CD everyday helps to reinforce
everything.  I'll keep you posted on my
continued success.

Jim

Hi Scott!
I wanted to let you know that I am doing
well.  Today is my 6th day of being a
natural non-smoker!
I owe you a huge debt of gratitude... I am
just so happy!  And thankful!
You have such a natural ability; everything
was handled in just the right way and with
a caring attitude.  I appreciated your
careful choice of words when explaining
the practice, and during the session [very
skillful]; and I felt the environment was
very conducive... Artfully creative, but also
very safe.
Being hypnotized was a wonderful, relaxing
peaceful experience.  For me, it was a
reminder of some deep meditation states,
and with the tape [I love it!] I can go there
every day.
[Thank you Scott, for that; I had forgotten.]
I will let as many people as possible know
about you.
Respectfully,
Joyce

Hi Scott...
Thanks for asking...  yes ! I am a non-
smoker!  I am at 30-something days [over
one month] and very happy.

Some memories from the session that
have helped me a lot [recently] were:

1) If you add up the total suffering for one
day [from desiring a cigarette], then it
would equal only 'X' minutes.  And that
was true.  The desire comes and goes.  It
might hit strongly, but only lasts a few
seconds.  So less than 1 minute suffering in
a day versus not smoking!

2) Everyone has stress.  Other people do
not use cigarettes to deal with everyday
stress.  You don't have to either.

3) Though friends and family will be happy
for you... "some may not...."
[I was really shocked and surprised that
my most difficult times were after dealings
with my own family or friends.]  Very
interesting that they also might have
secondary gain in my being a smoker.  I
understood previously that we each have a
psychological 'place' in the family, and that
mine had to be partly influenced by my
smoking.  Now that is all changing.

Thank you again Scott!  I will do whatever I
can to let people know that this therapy
works!     M.

Scott I just wanted to contact you
and say that after my treatment I
have not wanted a cigarette once.
The techniques you gave me for
dealing with the urges have been a
great help. Thank you. Again this has
truly changed my life. J.
