Hi Scott!
The non-smoking is going fabulously.  I haven’t
had/wanted/craved/needed/thought about smoking since seeing you a
couple weeks ago.  I went to the bar last weekend with a couple of friends,
and as they were smoking they kept asking me, “Are you sure this doesn’t
bother you?”  It was as if I’d never smoked before.  It wasn’t tempting at
all.   I’m also losing weight fairly quickly.  I feel great, I can breathe and
smell and taste things again.  It’s wonderful!  Thank you so much for all of
your help.  I can’t tell you how happy I am.  



I’ve given your contact info to a few girls at work that are interested in
quitting smoking and/or losing weight.  I know that 1 or 2 of them should
definitely be giving you a call sometime soon.

Hi Scott –
Big thanks on the music!  I do a lot of writing, website development and
other work that requires deep focus. Both Distant Morning and Universal
Breath are excellent for removing background noise, for relaxing into a
deeper state of concentration and for maintaining an increased focus.  

I have also enjoyed both CD’s with my meditation.  Yoga’s next!  I had no
idea when I bought them that they would be so great for so many things.
