My Mission is to integrate the transformational properties of Hypnosis and NLP (Neuro- Linguistic Programming) with the
universal law of attraction, which is what you give the most and strongest attention to manifests into your life
experiences, what you think (believe) becomes your reality. Hypnosis gives you direct access to the subconscious mind
which is more receptive to suggestions than the critical and judgmental conscious mind, enabling you to create positive
changes in your dominate thought patterns (beliefs, thoughts, and habits) empowering you to quickly achieve your goals,
dreams, and desired outcomes.
What is Hypnosis?
"Hypnosis, also referred to as hypnotherapy or hypnotic suggestion, is a trance-like state in
which you have heightened focus, concentration and inner absorption. When you're under
hypnosis, you usually feel calm and relaxed, and you can concentrate intensely on a
specific thought, memory, feeling or sensation while blocking out distractions. Under
hypnosis, you're more open than usual to suggestions, and this can be used to modify your
perceptions, behavior, sensations and emotions. Therapeutic hypnosis is used to improve
your health and well-being and is different from so-called stage hypnosis used by
entertainers. Although you're more open to suggestion during therapeutic hypnosis, your
free will remains intact and you don't lose control over your behavior ". Mayo Clinic definition
Why Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a very powerful and beneficial therapeutic tool. It is an
altered state of consciousness like meditation or yoga, but the difference
is that in a hypnotic state you take an active and positive role in making a
change in the beliefs buried deep in your unconscious mind.
Hypnosis can dramatically help with improving performance, create positive changes in
your health, confidence, relationships, sports activities, concentration, mental recall,
creativity, chronic or acute pain control, overcoming habits, addictions, fears and phobias,
self-discovery, stress reduction, healthier self-expression, and
therapy for past traumas. Compared with traditional therapeutic modalities, the results of a
relatively brief series of hypnotherapy sessions are often faster, more effective, and longer
lasting. No wonder so many professionals in the healing arts are already implementing
hypnosis within their practices.

Hi Scott!
I owe you a huge
debt of gratitude... I
am just so happy!
And thankful!
You have such a
natural ability;
everything was
handled in just the
right way and with
a caring attitude. I
appreciated your
careful choice of
words when
explaining the
practice, and
during the session
[very skillful]; and I
felt the
environment was
very conducive...
Artfully creative,
but also very safe.
Being hypnotized
was a wonderful,
relaxing peaceful
experience. For
me, it was a
reminder of some
deep meditation
states, and with
the tape [I love it!] I
can go there every
day.
[Thank you Scott,
for that; I had
forgotten.]
I will let as many
people as possible
know about you.
Respectfully, J
